Assignment: Asset and property management, challenge and analysis of the potential of retail surfaces, subsequent steering of an architectural contest to refit the public spaces and refresh the appearance of the property in its urban landscape, creation of communication and letting brochures, completion of letting to food anchor tenants (in total more than 3,000 m² GLA).
